Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

  • This policy, M.L.I.  Perfection it emphasizes our corporate social responsibility principles and the importance and priority of the issue for our management, employees and all our stakeholders. The unchanging basic elements of our management approach; to be respectful to people, committed to the principles of equality and justice, anti-racist and sensitive to the traditions and cultures of our country.

    Our basic principles on which we base our social responsibility practices are as follows.

    • We do not accept discrimination among employees based on language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability and similar reasons.
    • By creating a positive and harmonious working environment that supports cooperation, we prevent conflict environments and ensure that people with different beliefs, thoughts and opinions work in harmony.
    • We ensure that our employees’ personal rights are fully and correctly used.
    • We treat everyone equally and fairly.
    • We act sensitively to the traditions and cultures of our country and the countries in which we operate, and act in accordance with all legal regulations and laws in these regions.
    • We do not employ child workers at any stage of production.
    • We determine our working hours in accordance with applicable laws.
    • Our employees; have the right to terminate their employment contract under appropriate conditions. M.L.I. Perfection we do not force any of our employees to work.
    • We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from our activities responsibly. We support improvement works that will reduce environmental impacts.
